Nutrition advice is suitable for all ages, from baby till old age.

Where does the coaching take place?

The coaching sessions are given either face to face in Bussum or, depending on the issue, virtually (via Skype or Whatsapp). The first session typically takes up to 2 hours.

Follow up sessions 3-4 weeks later usually take 1 hour and can be virtual.
